No win no fee - your route to accident compensation

The majority of personal injury claims made in the UK no longer qualify for Legal Aid. Few people have the financial means to fund a claim for accident compensation themselves. But there are other ways of funding a compensation claim.

How to fund your accident compensation claim
You may have an insurance policy (perhaps as part of your home insurance or car insurance) which covers your legal expenses in the event of making a personal injury claim against another person or company.

Whilst many people do have legal expenses insurance, the majority of accident compensation claims that are made in the UK each year are done on a no win no fee basis (this is also known as a conditional fee agreement).

We can help you make a claim if you have legal expenses insurance. If you don't, our personal injury solicitors can work for you on a no win no fee basis. Either way we provide you with a dedicated, risk-free service.

How does no win no fee work?
If your compensation claim is not successful, your solicitor will write his fees off - this is literally what 'no win no fee' means. In other words, if you don't win, you don't pay your solicitor's fees. Whilst this means that our solicitors may lose money on some claims, these cases are thankfully in the minority.

If your claim for compensation is successful, the law allows you to recover your legal fees from your opponent's insurance company, in addition to the compensation you are awarded. In effect this means that your opponent pays your legal fees.
